Healthy Eating

Everyday we should eat healthy food and fruits in order to be healthy. We have to take atleast 2 vegetables and 2 fruits a day. As our elders says Healthy food is healthy mind. When we eat nourished food our brain works effectively. We always likes to eat unhealthy junk food such as sweets, fried items and eating ice creams often. These products have more fat and calories. If you eat more sweets you will be prone to have diabeties and oily food may cause cholestrol and increased blood pressure. We should try to avoid or control eating the unhealthy food. Vegetables have many vitamins and minerals. Carrot is helpful for our eyes. Green leaves is good for health and hair. Green vegetable contains more iron which is helpful for our bone. Lentils have more protein which is good for our lever. Watery fruits like watermelon,musk melon etc., are good for blood. Banana is a very good fruit to increase our energy and digestion. Our elders says an apple a day keeps the Doctor's away. As i am following eating healthy food i also like to encourage my friends to eat healthy food. So, i support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables. We should cut the fruits and vegetables in different attractive shapes so that kids may like to eat it. We should display the vitamins and usefulness of the vegetable and fruits beside each and every vegetable and fruits tray. So, that when the kids see the display board it will encourage them to choose their healthy food while eating.
